Nur zu empfehlen! Ich und 3 weitere Freunde haben uns für einen Trip nach London zum Premier League Spiel Chelsea - Everton am 11.11.2018 entschieden. Natürlich sollte man sich vor der Reise bewusst sein, dass man für die Tickets deutlich mehr zahlt, als auf der vereinseigenen Homepage. Da man dort aber nur durch längerfristige Mitgliedschaften und Glück an Tickets gelangt, ist dies nicht verwunderlich. Deshalb gibt es hierfür auch keinen Punktabzug. Wir haben je Ticket 150 £ gezahlt. Regulär hätte man 53 £ je Ticket gezahlt. Ich fand das schon sehr viel, aber im Nachhinein bereue ich davon aber keinen Penny.
Wir haben bereits ca. 3 Monate vor dem Spiel die Tickets gekauft. Ich hatte zunächst für den Versand meinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland angegeben und mit meiner Kreditkarte gezahlt. 2 Wochen vor dem Spiel bekam ich eine automatische E-Mail in der ich gebeten wurde ein Versandort in GB anzugeben. Kein Problem, ich hatte ja bereits mein Hotel (Novotel Canary Wharf, sehr zu empfehlen!) gebucht. Kurz nachdem ich die Adresse geändert hatte, bekam ich bereits die Bestätigung, dass die Adresse beliefert werden kann. Vier Tage vor dem Spiel erhielt ich eine Versandbestätigung und einen Tracking-Code. 2 Tage vor dem Spiel und 1 Tag vor meiner Anreise im Hotel wurden die Tickets zugestellt. Beim Check-In an der Rezeption war die Post bereits auf meinem Namen hinterlegt.
Bevor ich die Tickets gekauft hatte, wurde mir garantiert, dass auf jeden Fall 2 Personen nebeneinander sitzen werden. Wir hatten Glück, unsere 4 Plätze lagen allesamt nebeneinander. Die Plätze stimmten mit meiner Bestellung überein, wir hatten eine sehr gute Sicht.
Insgesamt hatte ich überhaupt keine Probleme mit der Seite und würde jederzeit wieder meine Tickets dort kaufen.

My match had to be rescheduled due to the home team's cup commitments and FTN informed me regarding the change in date as soon as the club announced the news. I Bought 7 tickets from them to this El Clasico (5-1) for me and friends. I Was of course nervous, paying so much money for game tickets that you only receive close to match days. But Footballticketnet delivered by all terms. They responded fast when i emailed them before the match, and when it was days before match day, they informed me about delivery, and they gave us exactly what they said.They even helped us get seats close to each other, (we were 7people) So this site is defently legit with great service !

Compre 8 boletas para la final de la copa del rey (Barcelona vs Sevilla) y solicite que fueran seguidas sin embargo solo me podían asegurar que íbamos a estar juntos 4 y 4. Sin embargo, cuando llegaron las boletas tuvimos la alegría que estábamos los 8 juntos.
Nosotros viajamos desde Colombia y obvio teniamos mucho miedo puesto que nunca habíamos comprado boletas por esa página y pues estaba el riesgo que no llegaran y perdieramos el dinero del vuelo y todo.
Las boletas llegaron el día antes del partido como a las 23:00.

El único pero es que la entrada la entregan un día antes o el día de partido pero nose si tienen opción de entregarla antes. La recomiendo 100%

Could not have had better seats. Very happy with the quase front-row treatment. Really got into the spirit of the PSG-Real Madrid game.
Only suggestion would be to try to receive the tickets at least 30h before. I received my email only 20h before the game, which added some anxiety.

We ordered the tickets from Canada and initially thought theyr'd be sent to us here. Eventually they were to be picked up hours before the game from the official season ticket owner near the stadium. Though the time until we actually received the tickets was a bit scary it all turned out really well and the assurances from the customer service staff were trustworthy.

J'ai commander 3 billets pour le match Manchester-Liverpool à Old Trafford. Je suis extrêmement satisfaite par la rapidité de réponse et le sérieux des agents du site, j'avais un peu peur de ne pas recevoir à temps les billets, mais ils sont bien arrivés la veille à l'hôtel avec une carte de membre ce qui nous a permis d'être "sur-classés" en ayant une superbe place sur le côté du terrain.

When I bought the tickets through the Footballticketnet, I was a bit confused because of some bad reviews on trustpilot but ok, I risked it. I received an order confirmation and they contacted me about delivery address in Spain for delivery of the tickets, but the day before matchday we received an email with a change, that e-tickets are available for downloading. So I did it got them into my cell phone. Everything was well, the tickets were authentic and we went on the stadium easily. It was one of the best experience in my life !! weil das gebuchte Spiel (Arsenal-Man City) 2* verlegt wurde und wir die Flüge nicht umbuchen konnten hat man uns, trotz anders lautender Geschäftsbedingungen, kostenlos 6 Tickets für ein anderes Spiel besorgt, diese Tickets sind wiederum von unserer Hotelrezeption, trotz vorheriger Zusage, am Tag vor dem Spiel nicht angenommen worden, also hat der Support von Footballticket.net uns am Samstag Abend noch irgendwoher neue Tickets besorgt und die Sonntagsmorgens pünktlich ins Hotel geliefert, alles wurde per Mail und SMS, zusätzlich zu den geschätzt 20 freundlichen Telefonaten, noch schriftlich dokumentiert, selbst nach dem Erhalt der Karten kam noch ein persönlicher Anruf ob jetzt alles in Ordnung sei oder die noch weiter helfen können, noch nie einen so guten Service und Support erlebt, und das habe ich als Privatperson alles selbst erlebt geschrieben, es ist kein Fake
